Job Description
As a Digital Fulfillment Specialist with MV Digital, you’ll work closely with the sales and operations teams in order to effectively launch and manage client campaigns for our high-value client roster. You’ll serve as the “go-to” for managing all campaign elements, across a variety of platforms, launched in a timely fashion.
What you’ll be doing:
- Create and maintain ad campaigns across all ad serving platforms – search, social, display and video
- Assist with ad trafficking, fulfillment and QA process ensuring setup mirrors campaign and reporting KPIs
- Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for optimizations, based on client objectives and agreed on performance metrics, to ensure benchmark fulfillment and complete delivery
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with campaign delivery, performance or budget and make recommendations for course correction
- Work with strategy/client lead, analyze and evaluate campaign performance and provide suggestions for continuation, optimization or shift in media strategy
- Manage vendor fulfillment, performance and optimization
- Coordination of reporting from vendors and ad serving platforms
- Manage monthly billing and end of campaign financial reconciliation
- Deliver reporting that matches campaign goals and tactics, and provide insight into campaign efficiency and success
- Steward existing and new processes to ensure efficiency across reporting and communication to internal key stakeholders
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in digital marketing implementation and execution specific to social, display, mobile and search
- Experience with digital analytics/reporting platforms
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, certification preferred
- Familiarity with DoubleClick product suite — DBM, DCM, DFP
- Working knowledge of data management platforms, tag management programs, audience development, customer data onboarding, and campaign management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities at one time
- Complete fluency within Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university

Job Description
MV Digital Group is looking for individuals to join and shape our fast-growing organization. The Paid Social Media Strategist supports the execution, deployment, management and monitoring of paid social media plans and campaigns to meet our advertiser’s business objectives. This position manages timelines and deadlines with cross-functional and social teams to successfully deliver on-time to exceed customer expectations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Strategically implement digital ad campaigns across social and native platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit and others
- Ensure campaigns meet and exceed client KPIs through campaign setup, management and ongoing optimizations
- Provide data-driven strategic insight and recommendations to campaign teams
- Create and deliver regular reporting that demonstrates campaign performance to goal
- Work with the media planning team to develop campaign strategy and onboarding plans along with recommendations on budget shifts to drive outcomes
- Participate in select customer and partner agency phone calls
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and political and advocacy requirements
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related area
- Minimum two years’ experience executing and optimizing digital ad campaigns for political or public affairs clients
- Hand-on knowledge of social media buying platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc.
- Knowledge and experience using reporting dashboards and software including Data Studio and Datorama
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to function well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Job Description
As a Media Planner & Buyer with MV Digital Group, you’ll be responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day management of media activity for our clients—including strategic planning for all channels and buying/execution for digital media. In our fast-paced environment, this role will work closely with our sales department to develop and own responsibility for successful implementation of media strategy and plans based on client objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Act as a subject matter expert in cross-channel digital media planning and strategy
- Manage end-to-end paid media engagements involving campaign strategy, planning and implementation
- Conduct research to establish media objectives, strategies and tactics for cross-channel digital advertising campaigns
- Develop integrated, cross-channel media plans for both direct and programmatic campaigns
- Analyze relevant channels, develop budgets and flowcharts and recommend tactical implementation and timing
- Develop and maintain media plan updates and campaign documents including media plans, flowcharts, budgets, insertion orders, vendor lists and reports to ensure high level of accuracy
- Develop and present comprehensive digital media plans to internal stakeholders and clients
- Objectively evaluate vendors with the ability to articulate nuances, pros & cons for helping unlock use cases that will solve business challenges
- Maintain understanding and knowledge of relevant Ad Tech tools (e.g. DSPs, DMPs, ad servers, etc.)
- Perform assessments and develop roadmaps to help clients establish and achieve their paid media objectives
- Lead paid media consultative engagements by collaborating with internal colleagues, our Clients and their marketing agencies to transform the marketing and analytics organization
- Participate in business development, RFP responses and new business opportunities
- Actively help to develop and grow mv digital group’s product offerings by contributing to POVs and exchanging knowledge with colleagues
- Keep in front of industry and paid media trends and developments by conducting research, engaging in training and attending industry events
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital / programmatic marketing, ad operations and/or Ad Tech, including 1-2 years of buying and actively optimizing programmatic media campaigns using major DSPs (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.)
- Experience with media planning (e.g. ComScore), web analytics (e.g. GA360) and ad serving (e.g. Campaign Manager) tools
- Experience with media planning and activation across channels (e.g. Social, Search, Display)
- Solid understanding of the how paid media channels work together to create a cohesive, personalized marketing program for the customer versus knowledge of one channel
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing digital advertising campaigns for large, complex clients with proficiency in online measurement, operations, ad networks, DSPs, digital video, and Google platforms
- Proficiency in the digital advertising ecosystem of ad networks, DSPs, data, audience targeting and technology, online measurement, ad operations and ad buying, delivery and measurement platforms
- Experience performing advanced analytics on digital data sources (e.g. digital analytics data, digital advertising data, DMP data, audience data, social data, search data, etc.), and media forecasting across an entire digital media program
- Good understanding of end-to-end process in marketing, sales, and service organization
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Ability to take complex solutions and make them simple to explain and digest
