Digital Marketing Analyst

We are looking individuals to join and shape our fast-growing organization.  This role is a resource for both the digital media planning and fulfillment teams utilizing marketing technology and advanced analytics to drive recommendations, implementation, optimization and reporting.  This person will be the go-to analyst for all things campaign measurement, analytics and attribution for our most high value client roster.


  • Provide expertise across digital marketing technologies including:
    • Digital Analytics and Measurement
    • Data Management Platform (DMP)
    • Customer Data On-boarding
    • Social, Mobile, Display and Video Ad-Serving and Demand Side Platforms (DSP)
    • Data Management and Marketing Personalization
    • Tag and Pixel Management
  •  Develop recommendations leveraging data and technology to drive campaign performance across all digital media channels including:
    • Paid Social
    • Display
    • Search
    • Mobile
    • Video
    • Internet Radio
    • Site Optimization
  • Support campaign planning activities including defining campaign objectives, building an attribution plan, and translating the investment into direct and measurable results
  • Partner with internal operations team to ensure campaign set-up, fulfillment, optimization and reporting are aligned with analytics and technology best practices
  • Develop simple, dependable automated reports and dashboards to surface key metrics in a way that delivers insightful data in an intelligent, visually appealing manner
  • Support data and technology innovation and implementation
  • Steward existing and new processes to ensure efficiency across reporting and communication to internal key stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
  • 3 -5 years’ experience in digital marketing implementation and execution specific to social, display, mobile and search
  • Experience with digital analytics/reporting platforms
    • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, certification preferred
  • Familiarity with DoubleClick product suite
  • Strong working knowledge of industry benchmarks and KPIs
  • Expertise in conversion tracking technologies and tools across the following digital channels: social, display, search and mobile
  • Working knowledge of data management platforms, tag management programs, audience development, customer data on boarding, and campaign management
  • Ability to translate highly technical information into a presentable and digestible format that will educate and enlighten non-technical internal and external stakeholders
  • Complete fluency within Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills

Digital Ad Trafficker

The Digital Ad Trafficker will be responsible for the launch of advertiser campaigns. This person will also provide day-to- day oversight, analysis and actionable optimization recommendations.

In this role, the Digital Ad Trafficker will:

  • Responsible for day-to- day operational processes including campaign set-up, receipt/development of creative or tags, trafficking, troubleshooting, QA, reporting and campaign optimization.
  • Understand customer goals and key performance metrics. Utilize internal resources and analytical tools to exceed those goals throughout the campaign.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reporting updates to ensure pacing and to maximize campaign performance.
  • Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to manage campaigns to success, high customer satisfaction and renewal.
  • Understand and maintain established processes and workflows, as it relates to campaign set-up and pixel placement strategy, creative execution, ad trafficking, campaign management and any troubleshooting necessary with pixels, creative assets, and campaign reporting. Provide input and enhance new processes and workflows as needed.
  • Ensure superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and ways to improve operations workflow

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Fluency with DoubleClick product suite: DCM, DBM, DFP
  • Experience with digital analytics/reporting platforms including Google Analytics TapClicks
  • Complete fluency within Excel (Pivot/VLOOKUP)
  • Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
  • Great familiarity with online ad serving concepts (CPM/CPA/RTB/ROI), video, mobile, social
  • Technical acumen to understand how to structure campaigns within our tech platform
  • Superior time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
  • RTB/Programmatic/Social buying experience highly desired
  • Agency experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with ad servers, rich media vendors, web debugging tools (Firebug,HTTPFox, Fiddler, etc.)
  • Familiarity of how web sites and online ads work: HTML/JS/SQL
