Digital Fulfillment Specialist

mv digital group is looking for individuals to join and shape our fast-growing organization.  This role is a resource that works closely with the sales and operations teams in order to effectively launch and manage client campaigns that we are running for our high value client roster.  This person will serve as the “go-to” for managing all campaign elements, across a variety of platforms, launched in a timely fashion.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain ad campaigns across all ad serving platforms – search, social, display and video
  • Assist with ad trafficking, fulfillment and QA process ensuring setup mirrors campaign and reporting KPIs
  • Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for optimizations, based on client objectives and agreed performance metrics, to ensure benchmark fulfillment and complete delivery
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with campaign delivery, performance or budget and make recommendations for course correction
  • Working with strategy/client lead, analyze and evaluate campaign performance and provide suggestions for continuation, optimization or shift in media strategy
  • Manage vendor fulfillment, performance and optimization
  • Coordination of reporting from vendors and ad serving platforms
  • Manage monthly billing and end of campaign financial reconciliation
  • Deliver reporting that matches campaign goals and tactics, and provide insight on campaign efficiency and success
  • Steward existing and new processes to ensure efficiency across reporting and communication to internal key stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
  • 3 -5 years’ experience in digital marketing implementation and execution specific to social, display, mobile and search
  • Experience with digital analytics/reporting platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, certification preferred
  • Familiarity with DoubleClick product suite – DBM, DCM, DFP
  • Working knowledge of data management platforms, tag management programs, audience development, customer data on boarding, and campaign management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities at one time
  • Complete fluency within Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills

Associate Media Planner

mv digital group is looking for individuals to join and shape our fast-growing organization. This position is one who’s role is to assist the sales team with recommending the impact and suitability of different types of digital media for our high value client roster. This person is responsible for the research and development of data-driven media plans and identifying target audiences and ideal media outlets.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of media plans for political, commercial, advocacy and non-profit campaigns
  • Conduct extensive research for new campaigns focusing on audience definition and proper goal setting using internal data sources as well as past performance to develop insights and strategy for future efforts
  • Present plan recommendations to media managers or account directors and support them in reviewing with client
  • Lead on campaign implementation/management: buying, negotiating, implementation, optimization, and analysis
  • Work on and prioritize client/account team requests including plan changes, budget changes, campaign flighting, and market research
  • Work closely with Ad Operations to traffic, launch, and trouble shoot implementation issues
  • Compile and analyze data from numerous sources to create a cohesive, easy to understand reporting message
  • Conduct client meetings

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of digital media platforms: DCM (Double Click Campaign Manager), Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn. DMP experience a plus
  • Experience with multiple forms of digital media including social, mobile, video, display and search
  • Organized, self-motivated and thrive in a deadline-driven environment
  • Problem solver with the ability to manage and support multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong data analysis, excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) necessary, database (SQL) experience a plus

MV Digital Group is looking for individuals to join and shape our fast-growing organization.  This role is a resource that bridges the gap between the sales and operations teams in order to effectively manage client campaigns that we are running for our high value client roster.  This person will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the client while also serving as the “go-to” for all things related to campaign management and measurement, analytics and attribution.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and sustain client relationships, develop deeper relationships, and explore areas of growth – serve as client lead for all live campaigns
  • Drive post sale client communication ensuring all necessary elements are received, ensuring campaign success
  • Provide client lead/client with timelines, processes, creative specs
  • Manage ad trafficking, fulfillment and QA process ensuring setup mirrors campaign and reporting KPIs
  • Drive optimization based on client objectives and agreed performance metrics
  • Deliver reporting that matches campaign goals and tactics, and provide insight on campaign efficiency and success
  • Review and improve processes, best practices, organizational structures and project team for optimal campaign results
  • Identify and create upsell opportunities for existing clients
  • Analyze and evaluate campaign performance and work with the strategy team to provide suggestions for continuation, optimization or shift in media strategy to drive campaign performance across all digital media channels including, but not limited to:
    • Paid Social
    • Display
    • Search
    • Mobile
    • Video
    • Internet Radio
    • Site Optimization
  • Trafficking campaigns to ensure a timely launch.
  • Steward existing and new processes to ensure efficiency across reporting and communication to internal key stakeholders
